The gold plated steel tube joints is made by hot forging services and steel CNC machining services. Due to the complicated shape, the steel joints can be made by steel CNC machined directly. However, hot forging blanks and CNC machined the blank is more effective process. Compared to investment casting with CNC milling, hot forging with CNC milling is cost saved better. Steel is a good raw material for hot forging, especially AISI 1045 medium carbon steel. The construction strength is stronger than investment casting. Logo is hot forging too, it can be added on the hot forging mold. The genuine gold plating is requested after CNC machining.
